Newt to the rescue??? Gingrich may seek presidency in 2008
According to reports out of Washington, D.C., Newt Gingrich has taken a new position on whether he will seek the Republican nomination for President in 2008.
Originally, Newt said that he would wait until October 1st before deciding, but now it appears that if he can raise or get pledges for $30 million in the next 3 weeks, he'll jump in.
Many conservatives, myself included, think that Newt (even with his baggage) may have the best shot at beating Hilary in 2008.
Stay tuned.....

Right,
I like Huckabee's stance on the issues, but I don't think he can raise enough money to win the nomination and if he did, I don't think he can beat Hillary.
Maybe a Guillani/Huckabee ticket or Thompson/Huckabee, but I don't think Huckabee has the horsepower to win the nomination for the top job.
